Safety Net Digest
A daily Focus Box digest email summarizing unread Urgent and High-priority messages so nothing critical slips through the cracks.
What the Safety Net Digest is
Labels and categories are great when you are actively inside your inbox. The Safety Net Digest is a separate daily summary email that lists any messages you have not yet read that Focus Box classified as Urgent or High priority. It is a safety net: if a critical message slipped past you during the day, the digest surfaces it the next morning.
How it complements inbox triage
The digest is sent in addition to the in-inbox priority labels and categories — it does not replace them. Together they give you both in-the-moment visibility (labels and categories on each message) and end-of-day coverage (a single summary of what still needs attention).
Delivery
The digest is sent once per day. You can enable or disable it, and choose the time of day it is sent, from the Digest section of Settings inside Focus Box. See the Help Center for step-by-step instructions.
Privacy by design
The digest contains only the messages Focus Box already flagged as Urgent or High. Email content is processed for classification and then discarded; the digest itself is generated from your existing provider data, not from any stored copies on Focus Box servers.
